# Speak Text

Speaks the text using an on-device text-to-speech engine. We suggest going to Apple's system settings, searching for "Voice", click "Voice (Spoken Content)". Next to system voice is an (i) icon. Click it, click "Voice" and then download one of the "Premium" voices for the best results.

When using an audio capable model, this action will use their audio engine.
