For some email servers adding a [Move to Archive](/inbox-ai/actions/built-in-actions/mail-actions/move-to-archive.md) / [Move to Junk](/inbox-ai/actions/built-in-actions/mail-actions/move-to-junk.md) / [Move to Trash](/inbox-ai/actions/built-in-actions/mail-actions/move-to-trash.md) will ignore / reset all of the other mail actions selected. Known issue for Office365 with the Apple Mail Extension, which cannot be fixed by Inbox AI.
