Will this work with any calendar?

EventLink will be able to access any calendar you add to the native MacOS Calendar app, even if you do not use the Native app, simply adding them will allow you to access the data.

What do you do with my calendar data?

Nothing unexpected, for more information check our privacy policy. We never store or retain your data and it only leaves your system if you explicitly ask EventLink to do so.
